How to use:

HANDS, FEET & NAILS: To help restore moisture to dry hands and feet, pour 1-2 capfuls into bowl of warm water, and gently emerge your hands and feet as you relax.

BODY: Smooth directly onto skin to help restore skin's lost moisture. For a warming and relaxing body massage: Place bottle into cup of warm water for 1 minute, using a small amount, gently massage the oil into moist skin, making circular motions with your fingers until absorbed.

BATH: Pour 1-2 capfuls for a luxurious and pampering warm bath.

HAIR: To help restore hair's soft and silky feel and natural shine, massage a pea size amount of oil into damp hair and scalp, root to tip and relax for 10-15 minutes. Shampoo thoroughly and rinse. For an intense conditioning experience add to hair and wrap hair to protect bedding from staining, leave overnight and shampoo thoroughly and rinse in the morning. And for complete spa relaxation, apply to damp hair while in the bath and wrap hair in a warm towel, leave for 10-15 minutes then shampoo and rinse.
