Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the information below.

Your Right to Withdraw

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by starting a return request through your account at shopify.com/15690449/account.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 1 month of the date of purchase. Upon inspection, we will either:

  • Exchange the product for the same item (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Conditions

Unless the item is defective, returned products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include all original packaging.

  • Have all cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals intact where applicable.

Items that have been opened, used, or have broken hygiene seals may not be eligible for a refund if they are not suitable for resale or are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

  • Any other items that are exempt under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, defective, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item, or our error, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If you exercised your right of withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery paid with your original order. Any additional charges for express, premium, or expedited shipping are not refundable.
